Stretch & Relax

Aadil Palkhivala,

Yoga Master Purna Yoga

Friday, May 1, our speaker at Bellevue Breakfast Rotary was Aadil Palkhivala, who discussed his lifelong passion (starting at age 7) for learning, practicing and being an evangelist for Yoga and its benefits. He also shared some of the experiences he has had along the way that have helped people discover those benefits. Yoga is not just exercise and stretching but provides an inner strength and self-confidence that helps people be well rounded.

For the latter part of the program, Aadil shared some Yoga exercises with us. Needless to say, the BBRC “Zoom” crowd left with a better understanding, and appreciation, for Aadil’s lifelong Yoga journey. If you would like to know about the classes and studio that Aadil captains, that information is below!

“Go to www.aliveandshinecenter.com and click online classes. Click the class you’d like to register for and you will be sent a link about 30 minutes before class to join. If you can’t make the exact time of the class, register for it and you’ll be emailed a link that is good for 24 hours after the class to do the class at your leisure. If you have any questions about which classes to take please contact me at marchella@aadil.com.”

Please note Marchella is Aadil’s outstanding Executive Assistant!
