Network Like Jesus
Dr. Joseph Castleberry
President of Northwest University Northwest University
Our speaker today Dr. Joseph Castleberry has been President of Northwest University in Kirkland since August 2007. A native of Alabama, he came to the Pacific Northwest after a transcultural career that took him and his family to New Jersey, New York City, Texas, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Ecuador, and Missouri before his soft landing on the banks of Lake Washington.
His presentation will be “Network Like Jesus”. Jesus of Nazareth was one of the greatest networkers in human history, building a network of billions of friends, associates and partners that has lasted for over 2000 years. Unlike the self-seeking hustlers who have given networking a bad name in some circles, Jesus based his networking on the principle of service above self. By examining his teachings and practices in relating to people, leaders of any faith or none can maximize the quality and reach of their service and network with a renewed purpose.
