“Ferguson and the Courts”

Karli Jorgensen

Judge Kent Municipal Court

Introduced by: Chris Boland

Behind the issue of police use of force and racial conflict, Judge Jorgensen’s presentation will address how the Ferguson Municipal Court directly contributed to undermining the legitimacy of the  police and helped destroy the community trust in government.

Why is this important? Because no one should want to duplicate this in their community!
